1. Description of Service

MySeatPlan is an online event planning platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage wedding and event plans
• Design floor layouts with a drag-and-drop floor planner
• Create and manage guest lists
• Generate seating charts and assign guests to tables
• Design and customize digital invitation cards
• Share event details with others via shareable links
• Export seating plans and layouts as images

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may also register using third-party authentication providers (such as Google). By doing so, you authorize us to access certain account information from that provider as permitted by their terms.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

3. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers both free and paid plans. Each plan provides access to different features and usage limits (such as the number of events, guests, or tables you may create).

• Free Plan: Provides basic access to the Service with limited features.
• Paid Plans: Offer enhanced features and higher limits. Details of each plan, including pricing, are available on our pricing page.

Paid plans are purchased on a per-event basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect plans already purchased. We do not offer automatic recurring subscriptions — each plan purchase is a one-time transaction for a specific event.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all purchases are final once the plan has been activated and applied to an event. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a purchased plan, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, provide a refund.

5. User Content

"User Content" refers to all data, text, names, and other information you enter into the Service, including but not limited to event details, guest names, floor plans, seating arrangements, and invitation card designs.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all User Content you create or upload.
• License: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. You must have the right to use any personal information (such as guest names) that you enter into the Service, and you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws regarding that information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any purpose other than personal event planning
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits

7. Shared Event Links

The Service allows you to generate shareable links for your events. Anyone with the link can view the shared event information without needing an account. You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared links. You may disable sharing at any time from your event settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics: To collect anonymous usage data and understand how the Service is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor interactions. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google for this purpose. Subject to Google's Terms of Service. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: For bot protection during registration. Subject to Cloudflare's Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers to the extent their services are used in connection with the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, graphics, and documentation, is owned by MySeatPlan and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data (events, guest lists, floor plans, seating arrangements) will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Remain inactive for an extended period (we will notify you before any such action)

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your event plans, guest lists, or seating arrangements.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySeatPlan, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
